1. Acceptance
By using OurApp ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
OurApp provides an appointment booking platform for services offered by the operator (e.g. branches, staff, and services you see in the app), including automated messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger) and AI-assisted booking features. We do not provide the underlying services themselves; we only facilitate booking, customer communication, and account management. When you use third-party messaging channels, the respective platform's terms also apply (e.g. Meta's Terms of Service for WhatsApp and Messenger).
3. Account and conduct
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others.
4. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are subject to the cancellation and no-show policies of the operator. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of the underlying services.
5. Payments
Where payments are processed through the Service, they are handled by our payment provider. Refunds and disputes are governed by the operator's and payment provider's terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or for operational or legal reasons.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. We will post the updated version here; continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance.
